Matters arising from the minutes

1.     Karbon have suggested 3 options for a joint walk around, its hoped a meeting will take place in January.

2.     Rubbish abandoned near Hareshaw Linn has now been cleared.

3.     An interim, annual, cemetery inspection has found nothing of concern. A larger inspection is due next year.

4.     Cllr Moore met with C.Cllr Riddle at Percy Terrace to discuss removing the path. Its hoped this would allow cars to park nearer the wall and keep the carriageway clear for emergency vehicle access. Removing the path is prohibitively expensive (approx. £70,000) so resurfacing the road and raising the level of that is to be explored instead. The matter is currently with NCC Highways.

Any urgent business

11.1                 Cllr Irving again raised the issue of poor parking, having observed the yellow lines being repeatedly ignored by locals who appear assured there will be no reprisal.

11.2                 An area of flooding towards Redesmouth was noted. CW to flag to NCC via Fix my Street.
